  • Talent Information: We collect the names and social media handles/URLs for the talent profiles you choose to track.
  • User Content: We collect any images you upload as avatars for talents or profiles.
  • Billing Information: We do not directly store your payment information. Our payment processor, Stripe, collects this information on our behalf. We only store a record of the subscription and the Stripe Customer ID.

Information We Collect Automatically:

  • Social Media Data: Our service automatically fetches public data about the social media profiles you track, including follower counts, historical performance, and public profile metadata. We use third-party services like EnsembleData and SocialBlade for this purpose.
  • Cookies: We use an authentication cookie (`gb_session`) to keep you logged into our Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service (e.g., display dashboards, charts, and projections).
  • Process and manage your subscription and payments.
  • Communicate with you, including sending service-related emails and, with your consent, marketing communications.
